Do not press the surface of the film to avoid marks and imprint on the film.
Handle the box carefully, if the outer box is damaged, the inside membrane of the box will be injured.
There will be tape imprinted on the inside of each roll to avoid this situation,the manufacturer uses sponge tube.
Due to the pressure of the film itself, the gloss on the film surface will be reduced time by time.If it happens, heat it with a baking gun after the film is pasted to restore the luster.
Due to storage status and long time of storage, etc., there will be imprinted and delustering phenomena during the storage. This kind of problem can be recovered by heating with a baking gun. (The storage environment temperature is preferably below 32 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity is within 40% to 60%).
When change the box, you must use a box with a suitable size to avoid damage the membrane.
Depending on the season or temperature environment, the viscous strength will vary. In winter, the installation environment temperature is above 20 degrees Celsius.
Installation liquid can be a drop of body wash and water. Our PPF doesn’t need to be installed with alcohol, otherwise it will destroy the glue.
Use it after open immediately, so as not to cause poor effect due to air entered into the film.
Precautions for edge wrapping: After washing with clean water, let it dry for 30 to 40 minutes because of the glue, and the edge wrapping can be started after the water is sufficiently.
When tearing the film, you need to let the car completely cool down, and then use hot water to assist the 45 degree Angle to slowly tear off. There may be a little possibility of leaving glue, but leaving a little glue is normal, does not affect the quality of the film.
Maintenance Precautions
After applying the film, do not wash the car within 48 hours.
Be care for of the high-pressure water gun to avoid the film falling off, when washing the car.
The pressure of the water gun is too high, the water spray is too close, and the film will fall off at the corners. The water gun spray water should not be too close (at least 1 meter or more)
Do not use waxes with colors and abrasive materials (do not apply chemicals such as naphtha and kerosene.
Do not use rough towels and chemicals when cleaning the film surface,. (recommends car washing, waxing and maintenance regularly).
If the membrane surface is contaminated, wipe it off as soon as possible.
The surface pollution cannot be removed, alcohol can wipe off.
Please avoid storing or exposing direct sunlight or high temperature environment to avoid any damage.
